A second Admin and a moderator.

Hey everyone...I am looking for a second Admin to help me with the site...and all the skins and graphics and just the whole nine yards to get this site looking good and active. I have been able to pull this off on my own for some time...but truth be told I need help and I am looking for a second admin.

What am I looking for you ask?
First off that you are active.
Second off that you have been a mod or admin of another site...please send link.
That you are good with graphics and Photoshop.
That you are understanding of the people and can deal with the stresses that can come with being an admin.
Finally that you are dedicated. I will not pick just anyone, samples of graphic work may help as well since I will need most help there, and with managing members and improving the board overall.

Mods are also being looked into, once I have a new admin each of us will have a mod to assist in improving the board and helping with members. I sake the same that Mods be dedicated and are at least on the board once a week. Please post bellow with the appropriate links and information needed if you wish to be a admin or mod.
