"Because you are tied to another living being," she said. "You have to worry about them whether you like it or not because you depend on them to live. The tragic downfall to the life of a dragon," Talia said. "Though it doesn't matter. Karma has this way of getting around and you are in a debt that is too high even for your mighty grace to pay." Talia said the title with sarchasm a plenty. "But like I said I don't harm those weaker then me. I am not a dragon. Though we are similar it is only in binding that we are."

She was right, when he bound himself to his rider he took it upon himself to be of one mind and one soul. That union made them weak when apart, but when together it made them stronger then before. He stood proud like a mighty beast of The Waistlands, his crule empty stair gazzing into her mind. Then he spoke, True, but what if rider goins with dragon, you must know that together we are mightyer then the sword and ax and bring more fear then a mighty army.

"But she's no invulnerable when you are together," talia pointed out."It would be much easier to get rid of your rider then you and what happens to a dragon once it has lost it's rider?" Talia asked knowing the answer to her question already, but she wanted to here the kin killer say it himself.

We suffer our riders pain, there sorrow, there joys, there hates, and a mind and soul hold us as one. When our riders die we to share there deaths. All the same when a dragon dies the rider lives on to seek revenge on the killer. However the rider dose become insane after some time and may kill themself.
He knew this all to well, that monk who watched over the egg at temple Templos killed the rider of his mate, and with her his mate died before him. He had seen these deaths and he had seen riders who had lost there dragons and how mad they become, he had even seen riders who's dragons were ripped away from them and inslaved by the king, there memories taken so every thime the rider came upon his dragon they would not remember even there closest of soulmate, there own riders. The world was a terible place, but at least he was on top or a little below it, no one could hurt him so high up.

"And the fact that you do nothing about it makes you weaker kin killer," Talia said. "I have explained myself even though you do not deserve it. You'll also live again even though you do not deserve it but fate deals you a trump card this time." With that Talia left in a burst of flames.
